Myr33 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the binding terms governing your use of the myr33 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the myr33 platform in any way — including browsing the website, downloading the app, making a deposit, or using any of our services — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after the terms have been updated will be considered as acceptance of those changes.
The myr33 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on myr33. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. myr33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. myr33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or play on the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses unfairly.
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without authorisation.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt myr33's technical infrastructure.
User Responsibilities
- Ensuring the platform is used for personal entertainment only, and not for commercial or business purposes without written authorisation.
- Comply with all betting limits, bonus terms, and game rules set by myr33.
- Promptly reporting any technical errors or suspicious transactions to the support team.
- Play within your personal financial means and do not use borrowed funds.
- Keeping personal information in your account up to date whenever changes occur.
Payments & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on myr33 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and approved online banking. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated on your account page.
Myr33 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds added to an account must belong to the registered user. Any attempt to process payments through unrecognised methods may result in the account being suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the help section, subject to successful identity verification. myr33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until bonus rollover requirements are fully met, where there are active bonus credits in the account.
Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility. myr33 does not cover transaction costs imposed by banks or e-wallet providers.
Liability Limitations & Disclaimer
Myr33 provides the platform on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions that cannot be entirely prevented.
Myr33 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of game outcomes, service disruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control. Users acknowledge that all gaming activity carries financial risk, which is borne solely by the user.
In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes or transactions, myr33's decision following the completion of an internal investigation is final, unless there is clear technical evidence of a system error.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
When Can an Account Be Suspended or Closed?
Myr33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Terms violation: Any breach of any part of these terms and conditions, including attempted fraud or bonus abuse.
- False information: If information provided during registration or identity verification is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
- Suspicious activity: Transaction or gameplay patterns indicative of potential money laundering or fraud.
- User request: At the user's own request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.
- Legal requirements: Upon direction from authorities or to meet applicable legal and compliance requirements.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, myr33 reserves the right to forfeit all unused bonus credits. Verified real-money balances may be returned once the investigation is complete, subject to the circumstances of the account closure.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the myr33 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the property of myr33 and is protected under intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any of this content without explicit written permission from myr33.
Third-Party Links: The myr33 platform may contain links to third-party services or payment providers. myr33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms: myr33 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this website. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Malaysian law governs all disputes relating to the use of the myr33 platform.
